Chris was a part of Division Mutiny.
He appeared in "Tipping Point" while he talked to Rachel.
In "Broken Home" he took Birkhoff to shut down Shadownet. After that he tried to kill Birkhoff, but Birkhoff took his gun and knocked him down. During the final battle he tried to kill Birkhoff, but Sonya killed him using a machine gun.
