Emil Voss was an arms dealer and also the man Division forced Nikita to have a relationship with while working undercover.
Past Life[]
In 2007. Nikita's assignment was to have a relationship with him under the cover name "Josephine".
Season One[]
Nikita learned that Emil plans to bring a a bomb into the country. So she resumed her alter ego Josephine so that she can stop him. In 2011. he met "Josephine" again in Quebec. He told her that Gogol is after him. Nikita arranged a CIA escort for him. But soon she realized that it is all a Division set-up and she found Emil dead in the car.
