John Fleder was a deputy director of Central Intelligence Agency.
Season One[]
He appears in "Pilot" during joint intelligence fundraiser to which he came in order to speak with Percy. He tells him that he has been made aware of high level espionage such as kidnapping or assassinations that cannot be contributed to any known enemy or ally.Percy is neglecting him to which he reacts irritated and tries to enforce his authority by reminding Percy he is still working for him. Percy only calmly answers that he works for whomever is sitting in his chair and that person tends to change and then leaves him.
In "Dark Matter" Owen released some of the content from the black box. Josh Fleder was seen in the CIA building thinking how could have done it. Ryan Fletcher told him that all points to the black ops group funded by the government.
He was later killed by Roan. He made his death look like a suicide.
