Josephson was one of Mr. Jones's trusted workers. He apparently knew Loren Tolcher as it was Tolcher who told him to inject Doctor Kang with a nanotoxin virus since Tolcher stole the idea for the virus from Kang.
Season Three[]
In "Til Death Do Us Part", Josephson first appeared as Mr. Jones' assistant. When Nikita's signal disappeared, Amanda tasked him with fixing it. After Nikita's escape, Amanda told him to order the rest of Dirty Thirty, people loyal to her, to attack Division compound.
Season Four[]
In "Dead or Alive", Josephson informed Mr. Jones that Nikita alerted the FBI about Matthew Graham being a double. Based on this, Jones concluded that Ryan's aiding Nikita.
In "Set-Up", he was in the room while Amanda forced Ronald Peller to trick Birkhoff that the double is the real Ronald.
In "Pay-Off", after Nikita broke into The Shop's facility in Dubai, Amanda's double killed many members of The Shop including Josephson.
