Matthew Graham was the man who was kidnapped by The Shop and replaced with a double.

It was revealed in "Dead or Alive" that the Matthew who works for the FBI is a double. The real Matthew was kept in M.D.K. Office in Dubai. After Michael killed the double, Amanda killed the real one.
