Plot[]
Nikita convinces a reluctant Birkhoff to use 20 million dollars of his own money in a plan to bankrupt Percy and thus, Division. But when Percy ends up stealing Birkhoff's entire life savings, Birkhoff and Nikita clash.Team Nikita has one last chance to hit Percy again, but Birkhoff is arrested by local police trying to regain his millions (by online theft). As he is being detained at a local police station awaiting retrieval by the FBI, Nikita realizes she must break him out of jail before Division gets to him. An intense battle breaks out in the station between the police, Division, and Nikita. Ultimately, she is able to make it out alive with Birkhoff.
Meanwhile, Michael and Alex go after Birkhoff's stolen money while Nikita goes to save Birkhoff. They realise the money is being transferred in a truck, but there are three trucks in total, with two as decoys. They stop one of the decoy trucks, and only with the newly freed Birkhoff's help do they find the truck actually carrying the money. With Division on the move, Birkhoff, despite his concern over his funds, suggests to destroy the money to bankrupt Division. |

Trivia[]
- The Invisible Hand, an organization vastly more powerful than Division (in both it's old and newer incarnations), Oversight, and Gogol combined, was introduced in this episode. They would serve as one of the main antagonists of the later half of the third and all of the fourth season.
- "Shadow Walker" was Birkhoff's hacker handle in his pre-Division days.
