Victor Han is one of the members of the Triads.
Season One[]
In "Rough Trade" Nikita's first mission was to get close to him, his wife and daughter. When the time was right Nikita replaced the baby with a bomb. The only person in the time of the explosion was Victor.Several years later it was revealed that Victor is alive and that his death was faked by Percy. He also remarried and has two children. Nikita knocked him down and he is currently in prison.
